Entertaining Recipes: Hot Sausage Balls

These were always a staple at family parties... easy to make, easy to serve...

1 pound hot sausage
3 cups baking mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients by hand thoroughly until well blended. (Mixture will be dry and thick.) Form into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
Serve with fresh cranberry sauce.

This recipe combines creamy cheese, smoky bacon, a hint of sweetness, and a touch of spice for a delicious and addictive dip.
