PostHeaderIcon Dippity Do Da: Roasted Red Pepper & Blue Cheese Dip

  • 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, drained, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8 oz. (1 package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat on medium speed until well-mixed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with vegetable crudités or crackers.
