- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Rice or Egg Noodles
Saute the onion in butter over medium heat until onion is transparent. Add the ground beef and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and soup and cook for 5 minutes. Add sour cream and simmer for 15 additional minutes.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
