PostHeaderIcon Recipe Friday: Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Cheap and easy -- and you don't have to go through the whole making a pie crust step.

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Stir soup, vegetables and chicken in 9" pie plate.

Stir milk, egg and baking mix in medium bowl. Spoon over chicken mixture.

Bake 30 min. or until crust is golden. Serves 4-6.
