PostHeaderIcon Ensalate: Sesame Vinaigrette

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 cups vegetable or olive oil
Blend together all ingredients except the oil. Slowly add the oil, blending to incorporate.

This works well with spring mix, arugula and fresh spinach.

Serving Suggestion:

In a sauce pan, warm the vinaigrette. Pour over a mix of fresh spinach and arugula and toss with toasted almond slivers.
