PostHeaderIcon Dippity-Do-Da: Sun-dried Tomato & Garlic Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix ingredients, in order, until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours -- overnight is best.
